3D Abrasive Waterjet Cutting
This new Flow 10' by 13' 5-axis waterjet allows for 3D parts up to 12 inches thick, expanding service capabilities. With waterjet cutting, there is no heat affected zone on material, narrow kerf minimizes material waste, there are various edge qualities to choose from, and a wide variety of materials.
Abrasive & water Only Waterjet Cutting
We have two other abrasive waterjet machines: a Flow 6' by 24' table and a Flow 6' by 12' cutting table. The 24' table allows us to create larger parts without seams. Our Flow 4 head water only 6' by 10' table is great for cutting rubber, foam, and plastics.

METALS
AWC specializes in metal cutting. A variety of material is easily cut to shape with the defined edge quality required.
AWC is well versed in cutting various types of plastics. Cutting plastics with waterjet is a cost effective way to create parts without the price of a mould.

OTHERS
Our capabilities do not stop at metals and plastics. We regularly work with other materials, like rubber, mirror, and foam. Our machines can cut any material up to 12 inches thick except for tempered glass.
